Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Shipping within India:
- Standard Service + Standard Shipping: Min 16 & Max 18 days delivery.
- Priority Service + Express Shipping: Min 8 & Max 10 days delivery.
- International Shipping:
- Standard Service + Standard Shipping: Min 22 & Max 25 days delivery.
- Priority Service + Express Shipping: Min 15 & Max 17 days delivery.
- Shipping within India:
- Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Bruhh Creative Goods (www.handmadelane.in) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages: Bruhh Creative Goods (www.handmadelane.in) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund Policy
- Return & Refund Policy: We only issue refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or broken upon receipt. If any of these issues occur, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect.
- Time Frame for Returns: You must notify us of any defects or damages within 48 hours of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns beyond this period.
- Conditions for Refunds:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a 72 Hours.
